My Wife's Best Friend, the Riley Reid series, explained

The setup: a houseguest with a famous past

The story opens on a marriage that looks settled. Then the wife's best friend comes to stay, and she is not a typical guest: a world-famous adult film star, played by Riley Reid's AI twin, who reads the husband far too easily. Candy's own description addresses the viewer as that husband. The tension runs between loyalty to a spouse and a houseguest who makes no secret of her past. Candy tags the series Wife.

Riley Reid began her adult film career in 2010, and in 2023 she launched Clona, a platform of AI companions modeled on creators. On Candy.ai her twin is a licensed AI likeness made with her consent; she did not perform in this series, which Candy generates with AI. The husband and the wife complete the triangle. Episodes and running time

Five numbered episodes in a vertical player, the format of most of the catalog. The two free ones ran 58 and 60 seconds when we timed them in September 2026, and the paid episodes stay inside the two-minute ceiling that Candy's help center gives for Shorts. There are no episode titles, only Episode 1 to Episode 5, and the last three carry a New label in the episode list.

What level 4 means here

On our scale the series sits at 4, Intense, which means explicit sex scenes occupy a good part of the three paid episodes. That is one step below the creator titles we rate 5, where the adult scenes take over from the first locked episode. Our take on Riley Reid's simplest setup

Of Riley Reid's four series, this one has the simplest setup: a married couple, a house and one guest too many. It works because the situation is familiar, and the free episodes lay it out quickly. From our viewing of the paid episodes, the production holds up, with clean images and convincing voices, and level 4 means episodes 3 to 5 are explicit for much of their running time. Episode 1 plays without an account, a cheap way to test the premise.
